- You’ve purchased an item by mistake, we don’t offer a refund for accidental purchases or mistaken purchases or wrong purchases.
- We don’t offer a refund for any feature you ask for that is not listed in our product description.
- We cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund. Please contact us here before requesting a refund for a technical issue.
You are eligible to ask for a refund when the above conditions are matched. Your refund claim is applicable within 30 days of your purchase. The refund is issued within 7 working days after the refund request.
